WHO IS UTR?

Bill is the company’s Broker/Owner. He is a graduate of the University of Houston and has been involved in real estate since the 1980’s. He has extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate. Additionally, he also has experience in the hotel and restaurant industry where he served as a consultant in management, brokerage and development. 

 Alicia is the company’s Founder/Owner. Since 1979, she has been involved in the administration and management of several large real estate firms including Jim West Realtors, K.L. McGuirt and Company, Coldwell Banker, Century 21, and The Michael Group. 

Amy is the Managing Broker/Owner with our company. She has worked with UTR's Documents Review team since 2016, and is the driving force behind many of UTR's special projects and development. She's also an instructor with Texas Real Estate Continuing Education.

 Lorraine joined UTR in 2007 and brings a clever perspective to the Documents Review team. She has 30+ years experience in the real estate industry with 12 of those years dedicated to her and her husband's brokerage. 

Anna has 25+ years experience as a Realtor and has held licenses in Florida as well as Texas. She joined UTR in 2008 and the Documents Review team in 2018. She has been a cheerful addition to our team!

With 30+ years in the real estate industry, Susie has a sharp eye in document support. She designed many of the team's procedures and continues to be an integral member of the Documents Review team.

Michelle has been a Realtor since 2014 and is our newest member of the Documents Review team. She brings experience and fun energy to the office!

 Since 2010, Iveth has been Alicia's Executive Assistant and has since assisted in our accounts receivable department. She is also bilingual; fluent in Spanish. 

"Chris" has been UTR's bookkeeper since 2013. She's our go-to for all things financial!
