As a UTR agent, you'll have access to several conference rooms for client meetings and mobile closings, meeting areas, and our classroom for CE classes. We also have an agent-only area set up with computers, scanners and printers.

Comprising of 5 active Realtors® and broker associates, our Documents Review Team thoroughly reviews each listing and sales file, promptly identifying any potential errors or areas of concern. It's like having a second pair of eyes reviewing your paperwork, giving you piece of mind and confidence in your work.

UTR has partnered with Skyslope - a transaction management platform for document submission and retention.

What areas do we serve?

We have agents from The Woodlands, Katy, Sugarland, all the way down to Galveston and everywhere in between.

Do I need experience to join UTR?

Yes. For us to serve you better, we require a certain level of experience; usually, 2-3 years of consistent production. We are happy to discuss this further with you!

Does UTR have a commission split and cap?

Nope and nope! We charge a very minimal flat fee per transaction. This allows agents to keep more of the money they earn with all the support they need.

What are the monthly fees?

There are none! UTR charges $168 per year. That's it!
