I'm receiving a referral fee, where do I send my referral form?

If you are receiving a referral fee from another brokerage, please send your executed form to documents@utrtexasrealtors.com. Make sure to send it to Bill first, for his electronic signature.

I'm receiving an apartment locating fee, how do I let UTR know?

Email a copy of the Apartment Locating Invoice and email it to documents@utrtexasrealtors.com. Make sure to add in your initials with the invoice number BEFORE you send it to the apartment complex.

I sold/leased my own property and need to send in my transaction fee, can I do this by Zelle?

No. We only accept annual dues by Zelle. You can send in a check, cashiers check, money order or pay the transaction fee with cash. You can also have the title company send it to us directly, if applicable.

Can a tenant wire funds or pay UTR by Zelle for their first-month's rent?

No. We only accept annual dues by Zelle. The tenant can send in a cashiers check or money order.

Can a tenant pay their first-month's rent with a personal check?

No. We only accept a cashiers check or money order for first-month's rent. No exceptions - unless you are a principle in the transaction.

Where can I have yard signs made?

If you choose another company, you will need approval from Bill before you have them printed.
